How to Access Free Starlink Service for Helene Relief:

New Customers:

  • Visit starlink.com/residential.
  • Enter your address and click “Order Now.
  • Select the “Helene Relief” service plan and proceed to checkout.
  • Note: Only areas impacted by Hurricane Helene will see the “Helene Relief” service option. If the $0 option does not appear, your area is not eligible. Contact support if you believe there is an error.

Existing Starlink Customers:

  • If you need assistance due to Hurricane Helene, create a support ticket requesting a Helene relief credit. Eligibility will be determined based on the impacted areas.
