SENT MESSAGES TO A CHILD Welling Paedophile Remains in Custody
Welling Paedophile Remains in Custody

A Welling man is currently in prison awaiting sentencing in October after being convicted of sending sexual messages to someone he believed to be a 15-year-old girl. The Welling paedophile remains in custody as the community awaits further developments. This situation has caused significant concern and distress in the local community.

Previous Convictions and Orders

In 2022, Kibble received a suspended sentence for possessing indecent sexual photographs of children. As part of his sentence, he was also subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), which prohibited him from deleting his internet history and from contacting children. Despite these restrictions, the Welling paedophile remains in custody for breaching these terms.

Breach of SHPO

Recent online activity showed that Kibble breached the terms of his SHPO. The court learned that he had engaged in online conversations discussing sexual encounters with who he believed was a minor. With these activities, it’s clear why the Welling paedophile remains in custody.

Court Proceedings

Recorder Michael Hillman, presiding at Woolwich Crown Court on Friday, September 5, described Kibble’s actions as a “serious case.” He indicated that Kibble could face a significant custodial sentence when he is sentenced later this year, ensuring that the Welling paedophile remains in custody until then.
