A Welling man is currently in prison awaiting sentencing in October after being convicted of sending sexual messages to someone he believed to be a 15-year-old girl. Previous Convictions and Orders
In 2022, Kibble received a suspended sentence for possessing indecent sexual photographs of children. As part of his sentence, he was also subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), which prohibited him from deleting his internet history and from contacting children. Despite these restrictions, the Welling paedophile remains in custody for breaching these terms.

Court Proceedings
Recorder Michael Hillman, presiding at Woolwich Crown Court on Friday, September 5, described Kibble’s actions as a “serious case.” He indicated that Kibble could face a significant custodial sentence when he is sentenced later this year, ensuring that the Welling paedophile remains in custody until then.
