At 5:34 PM, emergency responders received reports of a person on the birdge and than falling in the river near Westminster Bridge. Due to the seriousness of the situation, a full attendance response was immediately dispatched, including:
- Metropolitan Police
- London Fire Brigade
- London Ambulance Service
- RNLI lifeboat crews
