Police were called to the scene in the early evening on Saturday as the event got out of control. The festival was held at the top of Wrotham Hill but things soon took a turn for the worse.

Locals had already complained that parking restrictions were not being upheld and that the volume of music was breaching permissions.

After the stabbing, the event was closed down by the police as the area had become a crime scene.

Locals are now demanding answers from Tonbridge and Malling District Council who granted the license to Claire’s Estate to run the music event.
