Tenth Person Arrested and question over Southampton Boxer murder

Detectives investigating the murder of Michael Freshwater have today (Monday, May 9) further arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of assisting an offender. Ten arrests have now been made as part of the investigation into the murder of Michael Freshwater. Michael’s body was found at an address in Westridge Road, Southampton just after 4.15pm on Friday, April 29. A 16-year-old boy from Kent was arrested on Saturday, May 7 and has since been bailed until Jun 21. We continue to appeal for information and would urge anyone who can assist us with this investigation to get in contact. Call 101 and quote Operation Windless.
