Police Release Image in Connection with London Underground Sexual Assault Investigation

British Transport Police (BTP) have released an image of a man they believe may have crucial information regarding two sexual assaults that took place on the London Underground earlier this year.

The first incident occurred on 8 May, when a woman was sexually assaulted while travelling on a Circle Line train at Liverpool Street station. The second, which police believe is related, happened on 1 July, when another woman was sexually assaulted on a Victoria Line train at Seven Sisters underground station.

Investigators are now seeking public assistance in identifying the man pictured, stressing that he may hold key information that could aid their ongoing investigation.

Anyone who recognises the man or has any relevant information is urged to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference number 612 of 1 July. Alternatively, anonymous reports can be made through Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.

Authorities are urging the public to come forward with any details, emphasizing that even seemingly minor information could be helpful in resolving the case.
