Landslip at Totland Bay
A landslip has brought thousands of tonnes of earth crashing down onto the beach at Totland. The incident at Widdick Chine is the third of its kind to knowingly occur on the Island this week, with a large fall in East Cowes over the weekend and minor crumbling at Bembridge on Monday. Totland Parish Council are warning of the potential danger the active landslip poses and are urging those visiting the area to be careful.
