Woman Dies after falling from Third Floor Window in Southsea

A woman has died after falling from the window of a flat on the third floor of a building in Portsmouth at around 9.40am this morning, Sunday, Feb 12. lamp.webp The 40-year-old woman fell from the window of a flat in Clarendon House, Clarendon Road, Southsea and was taken to Southampton General Hospital by ambulance but has since died from her injuries. Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information about what happened to contact them on 101 quoting Operation Tone. Detectives are not at this stage linking this with a similar incident in Salisbury Street, Southampton yesterday, Saturday, February 11.
