Woman and dog rescued from flooded home near Sevenoaks

Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to Neal Road in West Kingsdown near Sevenoaks following reports of a woman trapped in her property due to flooding, with water up to waist height. Two fire engines and a water safety unit attended and crews rescued a woman in her 80s and her dog from the flooded property. She was handed into the care of her family and there were no reported injuries.
