Two Women Hurt After Car Mounts Pavement In Swindon
 
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed a road traffic collision in which two women were struck by a car which mounted the kerb in John Street, Swindon at about 5pm yesterday (05/11). One of the pedestrians sustained serious injuries and was transported to Great Western Hospital in Swindon, the other suffered minor injuries. The male driver remained at the scene of the collision and no arrests were made.
