Two Teenage Boys Have Been Arrested And Charged With Four Counts Of Reckless Murder For A Shooting Incident At A 16th Birthday Party In Alabama That Killed Four Young Individuals And Injured Over Thirty Others

The identities of the deceased victims range from 17 to 23, including Phil Dowdell, an 18-year-old who died trying to save his sister.

The motive behind the shooting is still unknown, but the severity of the charges faced by the two teenagers suggests they will be tried as adults.
