Two People Have Been Charged With Firearms Offences In Relation To An Incident Alleged To Have Happened Huddersfield In January

Leon Flynn, aged 37, of Kirkstone Avenue, Huddersfield and Harley McCluskey, aged 24, of Sheepridge Road appeared before Leeds Magistrates Court on Friday 4 March charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. Both were remanded in custody to appear before Leeds Crown Court. The man and woman were charged in relation to the discharge of a firearm on Ridgeway, Dalton, Huddersfield on the afternoon of January 7. No one was hurt in the incident which remains under investigation by West Yorkshire Police Protective Services Crime.
