Two Arrested After Armed Police Respond to Robbery at Dumpton Post Office
Appeal for Witnesses Following Suspected Firearms Discharge in Lambeth

Armed police were dispatched to Dumpton Post Office on Ramsgate Road, Broadstairs early this morning following reports that two men, armed with a knife, threatened staff and stole cash from the till.

The incident occurred just before 6:45 AM, prompting a swift response from law enforcement. The suspects fled the scene on a moped but were later apprehended. Two men are now in custody.

The Kent Police have launched an investigation into the robbery and are appealing to the public for any information that could aid their inquiries. Anyone with details is urged to call 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/129449/24.
