“The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol” Coming Exclusively to Sky Max and NOW – UKNIP

Following the successful launch of “The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live,” Sky and streaming service NOW have exciting news for fans of the franchise. Another popular spin-off is on its way to the platform: “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol.”

This September, viewers in the UK can catch the six-episode second series exclusively on Sky Max and NOW, in sync with the US release. But that’s not all—the entire first season, “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon,” will be available for binge-watching starting in August.

Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride return as fan-favorite characters Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier. Season one followed Dixon’s departure from The Commonwealth, leading him to wash ashore in France. There, he unwittingly becomes entangled in a splintered but growing autocratic movement centred in Paris. His actions endanger a young boy at the heart of a benevolent religious movement.

Season two picks up where “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” left off. Daryl and Carol confront old demons while navigating their own paths. Carol searches for her missing friend, and Daryl grapples with his decision to remain in France. Tensions rise at the Nest, and Genet’s movement gains momentum, setting the stage for a violent collision between Pouvoir and the Union of Hope in the fight for France’s future.

Lucy Criddle, Director of Acquisitions and Strategic Projects at Sky UK, expressed excitement about the upcoming series: “The launch of ‘The Walking Dead’ on Sky and NOW this year has seen a huge resurgence of interest in this action-packed, post-apocalyptic saga. We’re thrilled to be the exclusive UK home for ‘Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol’ and to offer season one to our viewers in August.”

The star-studded cast includes Clémence Poésy, Louis Puech Scigliuzzi, Laika Blanc Francard, Anne Charrier, Romain Levi, and Eriq Ebouaney. The executive producers behind the show include David Zabel, Scott M. Gimple, Greg Nicotero, Angela Kang, and more.

Fans can mark their calendars for this thrilling addition to “The Walking Dead” universe, coming soon to Sky Max and NOW!
