Teenagers charged with Murder after Charity Worker Mobile Phone Theft in London

Two teenagers have been charged by detectives investigating the murder of a 28-year-old man in Westminster. Nathan Gilmaney, 18 of Maida Vale, W9 and a 17-year-old male were charged on Friday, 20 October with murder. The pair have also been charged with attempted robbery of a man in Sutherland Avenue, W9 on Monday, 16 October. The robbery of another man in St Mary’s Terrace, W2 on Monday, 16 October. Both will appear in custody later this morning at Westminster Magistrates‘ Court. The 28-year-old victim, who has now been formally identified as Abdul Samad from Maida Vale was found with fatal stab injuries on Monday, 16 October outside Fleming Court in St Mary’s Terrace, W2. A post-mortem examination gave his cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.
