Teenager Hospitalised After Stabbing Incident at Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys in South East London

A 15-year-old boy was urgently taken to hospital following a stabbing incident at a school in South East London. The alarming event took place on Monday morning, December 11, at a school located on Hutchins Road, SE28.

The Metropolitan Police were called to the scene at approximately 10:55 am after receiving reports of the stabbing. Upon arrival, officers, along with the London Ambulance Service, found the injured teenager. Fortunately, his injuries were determined not to be life-threatening or life-changing by medical professionals.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. The Metropolitan Police are actively conducting inquiries to understand the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.

The Metropolitan Police have issued a statement urging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward. Members of the public can contact the police by calling 101 or using the ‘X’ @MetCC, quoting CAD2242/11Dec. Additionally, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
