Second Man Charged in Connection with Manzil Way Assault
Prompt Arrests and Recovery of Stolen Motorbike in Faversham

Authorities investigating an attempted murder in Manzil Way, Oxford, on March 13 earlier this year have made a significant breakthrough. Shahroz Ali Khan, a 24-year-old resident of Mortimer Road, Oxford, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and money laundering under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

Khan was taken into custody on July 2 and is scheduled to appear before the Oxford Magistrates’ Court today. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on the evening of March 13 in Manzil Way, during which a man in his forties was assaulted. Although he sustained serious injuries requiring hospital treatment, he has since been discharged.

This development follows the earlier arrest of Hassan Hussain, also 24 years old, from Nye Bevan Close. Hussain was charged in connection with the same incident on March 16 and is currently remanded in custody, awaiting trial on a date yet to be confirmed.

The investigation continues, and authorities are urging anyone with additional information related to this case to come forward.
