Police renew Appeal to Find Man Wanted in Connection with Teenager’s Death in Birmingham

Authorities are renewing their appeal for information to locate a man wanted in connection with the tragic death of a teenager in Birmingham. Ishmael Farquharson, aged 33, is believed to have been involved in the incident that led to the death of 16-year-old Sekou Doucoure.

Sekou was discovered seriously injured on July 12, 2022. Despite the best efforts of officers and paramedics, nothing could be done to save him. Last year, two individuals were convicted and jailed for their role in Sekou’s death. However, the investigation continues, and authorities are urging anyone with information about Farquharson’s whereabouts to come forward.
