At around 3pm on Thursday, 28 April 2022, the incident occurred near the River Kelvin, behind Garscube Sports Complex.

The man is described as white, medium-build, between 50 and 60 years old, 5ft 6 in height, and with slightly grey hair. He was dressed in dark slacks, a white tee, a light-colored fishing gilet, and a light-colored bucket hat.
