Police Appeal for Information After Indecent Exposure Incident on Elizabeth Line – UKNIP

British Transport Police (BTP) are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who committed an indecent act in front of a woman aboard the Elizabeth Line.

The incident occurred on Sunday, February 5, at approximately 9:15 pm. A woman onboard an eastbound train from Tottenham Court Road to Stratford noticed a man standing in front of her, engaging in inappropriate behaviour. Initially, the man was observed masturbating through a hole in his trouser pocket. Subsequently, he sat opposite the woman and exposed himself.

Detectives investigating the case have released an image of a man they believe may have crucial information pertinent to their investigation.

The suspect disembarked the train at Stratford following the incident.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the individual in the image to come forward. Information can be provided to British Transport Police (BTP) by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, referencing incident number 576 of February 4.

Additionally, individuals can choose to provide information anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.

The assistance of the public is invaluable in helping authorities ensure the safety and security of all passengers on public transport networks.
