Police Appeal After Disturbance and Assaults in Gravesend

Witnesses and dashcam footage are sought following a fatal collision in Boughton Aluph near Ashford. At around 8.55pm on Thursday 20 June 2024, a red Jaguar E-Pace was travelling south along the A251 Faversham Road, when it was involved in a collision with a green Triumph motorcycle being ridden in the opposite direction away from Kennington.

Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where the motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was confirmed deceased. 

Officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the vehicles beforehand to call the SCIU witness appeal line on 01622 798538 or email [email protected] quoting SM/DH/065/24.
