Police appeal after Collision involving Vehicles in London to Brighton Veteran Car Run

A number of people have been injured following a collision at Reigate Hill this morning (5 November). The collision, involving four cars, including a silver Ford C-Max, a 1902 Benz, a Mercedes GLE and a Fiat Fourini, occurred around 11.35am. The Benz was taking part in the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. One person was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, while another, who also suffered serious injuries, was taken to hospital by road. Both were travelling in the Benz. Two further people also travelling in the Benz and two people from the C-Max were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The road remains closed in both directions while emergency services, including fire and ambulance crews, deal with the incident.
