Tilly Carter is 17 years of age and was last seen at around 2pm on Friday 10 May 2024.

She is described as being five feet and nine inches tall, of slim build and with black hair that has a hint of red. When Tilly was last seen she was wearing a black cropped vest, a pink cropped hooded top with a butterfly on it and black leggings. She also had a white or cream tote bag and may be wearing sunglasses.

Inspector Ian Simpkin said: ‘We are concerned for Tilly’s welfare and are asking residents and visitors in Thanet to look out for her. She is also known to travel by bus and train and we are asking the public outside Thanet to contact us if they see her.
