On the night of May 20, 2024, at approximately 10:12 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3900 block of Ridgewood Avenue in Baltimore following a request for assistance from the Fire Department. Upon arrival, they discovered an unidentified adult male suffering from a life-threatening stab wound.

Despite the efforts of medics, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Homicide detectives quickly responded to the incident and have since taken control of the investigation. The Medical Examiner’s Office has taken possession of the body and will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death and establish the victim’s identity.
