Man charged with racial harassment after monkey noises and actions on London tube

Man charged with racial harassment after monkey noises and actions on tube – London A man has been charged following an incident where a victim was subjected to monkey noises and actions on the London Underground. The incident happened at around 11.50pm on Friday 8 March on board a tube at Stockwell Underground station. The victim was a man in his 20s. William Gratton, 24, of Huron Road in London has been charged with racially aggravated harassment and threatening behaviour. He is currently on bail and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Thursday 20 June.
