Man Charged with Murder of Jack Hague in Tower Hamlets

Mohammed Ikram Uddin, aged 24 has been charged with the murder of Jack Hague in Tower Hamlets. Uddin, who has no fixed address, was arrested yesterday and formally charged today.

He is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, May 11.

The incident unfolded on Sunday, May 5, when police responded to reports of a fight on Corfield Street, E2, at approximately 20:20 BST. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man with a stab wound. Despite the efforts of both officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service, 38-year-old Jack Hague succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Mr. Hague’s family has been notified, and they are receiving support from specially trained officers during this difficult time.
