Man attacked and Robbed in Basingstoke Underpass

Did you see two men involved in a struggle at the junction of Basing View and Norn Hill in Basingstoke on 6.10pm on Thursday, November 10? A witness saw what he thought was one man taking a rucksack from another man by the underpass at the junction. The man who took the rucksack has been described as being around 5ft 11ins tall and wearing a black balaclava, a dark grey coat, light grey jogging bottoms with black shoes and gloves. The second man is described as a mixed race male, around 5ft 5ins tall, around 18 years of age and had black, curly hair and a thick black beard. He wore a hooded jacket and a grey beanie hat. Police are keen to speak to the two people involved to establish exactly what happened. We would also like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or who has any information about it.
