Man Arrested After Attempting to Mow Down Police Officer
Mysterious Discovery: Skull and Bones Found in City of London Cemetery

At approximately 7.40pm on Sunday, 21 July, officers on patrol in Holloway Road, N1, attempted to speak to the occupants of a car after being alerted to an altercation involving the vehicle’s occupants.

As an officer approached the car, the driver suddenly drove off, striking the officer in the process. The vehicle subsequently collided in Navigator Square, N1.

The driver then fled the scene but was quickly apprehended by officers and arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He has been taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The officer who was struck by the car fortunately did not sustain serious injuries.

Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and contact the police.
