Man, 74, suffers neck, ankle, and rib fractures in Hailsham hit-and-run – UKNIP

The police are currently investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred in Hailsham. On Wednesday 19 July, at approximately 4.05pm, a 74-year-old man was struck by a dark colored vehicle while riding his bicycle on Hailsham Road in Magham Down.

The man sustained serious injuries, including fractures to his neck, ankle, and ribs, and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has relevant dash cam footage to contact them by emailing [email protected] and referencing serial number 1053 of 19/07.
