Kent Police has released an image of a man who may be able to assist enquiries after a PCSO was threatened in Whitstable

Kent Police has released an image of a man who may be able to assist enquiries after a PCSO was threatened in Whitstable.

 

A silver Volkswagen Bora was seen driving erratically near Whitstable Harbour at around 4pm on Saturday 11 April 2020.

 

Two men got out of the car before the passenger made threats towards a PCSO and threw a stone at him, which missed.

The pair then made off and a man was later arrested nearby

One of the men arrested was Sam Brampton, 25, of Farrier Close, Herne Bay, has been charged with drink driving and will appear before Margate Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 28 May 2020.

Enquiries into the incident continue and police would like to identify the man pictured.
