Katie Price, the former glamour model, has received an eviction notice for her infamous ‘Mucky Mansion,’ with just days to vacate the property. The notice, dated April 24th, 2024, stipulates that the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10 am, compelling Price to hastily pack her belongings.
Addressed to Katie and “any other occupiers,” the eviction notice from Horsham County Court instructs her to arrange to leave the property along with her possessions before the specified date and time. It elucidates the legal implications, stating that the court has issued a warrant for possession, empowering county court bailiffs or High Court Enforcement Officers to execute the eviction.
Price acquired the property in 2014 from Tory peer Francis Maude for £1.3 million. Over the years, the ‘Mucky Mansion’ has been featured prominently in her endeavours, including her Channel 4 show, where she documents the restoration efforts on the once-neglected estate.
Despite financial setbacks, including bankruptcy, Price had previously asserted her determination to retain ownership of her residence.
