Fresh arrests made following Greenwich fatal fire

Detectives investigating the death of a woman following a fire in Greenwich have made a further arrest. A 21-year-old man, [J] was arrested on Thursday, 21 March on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and later bailed to return pending further enquiries to a date in late April. Nine other people have been arrested as part of this investigation. A 22-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman have been bailed pending further enquiries. A 45-year-old woman was arrested on Monday, 26 November on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and later released under investigation. The investigation was launched after police were called to reports of a fire at a residential address in Centurion Square, Greenwich in the early hours of Thursday, 6 September. A 46-year-old woman, Memunatu Warne, died at the address. Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command investigate.
