CCTV Image Released in Connection with Assault in Newbury

Thames Valley Police has released a CCTV image of individuals they would like to speak to following an assault in Newbury. The incident occurred around 20:00 on Friday, April 26, when a member of staff at the Northbrook Street store was assaulted by a group. The victim, a woman in her thirties, sustained injuries to her jaw, hand, and cracked ribs. She received treatment at the hospital and has since been discharged.

Investigating officer PC Lucy Crewe, based at Newbury police station, stated, “We are actively investigating the incident and working to identify the group responsible for the assault. As part of our efforts, we are releasing this image in the hope that someone may recognise the individuals pictured. If you have any information, please contact us.
