Cases Heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts Unveil Varied Offences
Woman Charged with Robbery and Attempted Theft at Penge Supermarket

During proceedings at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, a diverse array of cases came to light, ranging from theft to possession of illegal substances and criminal damage.

GLENN ALLWRIGHT, 37, Erith:

Glenn Allwright, residing on Birling Road in Erith, faced charges of criminal damage pertaining to a window, front door, and car belonging to a woman in Erith on August 11. Found guilty of the offences, Allwright was handed a fine of £200. Additionally, he was directed to compensate the victim with £1100. A restraining order was also issued, prohibiting Allwright from contacting the woman.

PABLOW LUESHING, 38, Bromley:

Pablow Lueshing, hailing from Willow Close in Bromley, confessed to a spree of thefts. He admitted to stealing £250 worth of Nicorette products from Waitrose in Sevenoaks on April 10/11, £464 of goods from Holland and Barrett in Swanley on April 4, £80 of goods from Boots in The Glades Bromley on April 16, and £70 of goods from M&S in Bromley on the same day. However, Lueshing failed to appear in court, prompting the issuance of a warrant for his arrest.

Unidentified 17-YEAR-OLD from Penge:

A 17-year-old from Penge pleaded guilty to possessing a Samurai Sword in a private setting. Additionally, the individual admitted to being involved in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin. In response, the court referred the teenager to a youth offenders panel for a duration of one year, mandating an intensive level of intervention.

These cases shed light on the diverse range of offences presented before the courts, underscoring the multifaceted nature of criminal proceedings and the measures taken to address them within the judicial system.
