ASBO King Saunders Back Behind Bars For Breaching Asbo For SIXTH Time

Portsmouth thug Gary Saunders is back behind bars…again! Saunders, 57, formerly of Portland Street, Portsea, now of no fixed abode, was jailed for a second eight week stretch after again breaching one of his ASBOs. He had been jailed in August for eight weeks for exactly the same offence along with shoplifting, theft of a bike, driving without a license or insurance and failing to surrender to custody at court – after being spared jail by Magistrates last May despite breaching the same ASBO three times. He was jailed for eight weeks at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court after being found guilty of causing harassment, alarm and distress. The court appearances are the latest in a long line of convictions for Saunders who has almost 300 criminal offences to his name. The thug has bullied and threatened members of the public across Portsmouth for years, intimidating them into handing over goods or cash. Last October Portsmouth Coroner’s Court linked Saunders to the suspicious death of Christina Jewell in Handsworth House, Somerstown. The bully will be back out on the streets of Portsmouth in mid-November, just in time to ruin Christmas.
