Police were called at 7.26pm on Monday, 10 April, to reports of a man with a knife at a burger restaurant in Joel Street, Northwood.
It’s understood that a male self presented at the hospital
Officers attended, however no suspect or victim was found at the scene or nearby.
Further enquiries are taking place to establish the circumstances.
