West Midlands Police Appeal are appealing for information following a collision involving a lorry and a pedestrian in Kings Heath.
The incident occurred on Alcester Road South, near the junction of Woodthorpe Road, just before 6:15pm yesterday (June 13).
A man in his 80s was taken to hospital with serious injuries, which could potentially be life-changing.
The lorry driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with their enquiries.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time, and particularly from anyone who has dash cam footage of the incident.
