Police in Surrey are appealing for witnesses after a serious collision on Brookwood Lye Road in Woking on Sunday, 8 January.

Officers were called following reports of a two-vehicle collision at the location. Sadly, one of the passengers, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man in his 30s, two women in their 30s and a four-year-old girl were all taken to hospital for medical treatment.

Brookwood Lye Road has now reopened again after being closed for some time overnight.
