A man accused of sexually touching himself on buses in Bromley is set to face trial after pleading not guilty to two counts of outraging public decency – UKNIP

Mohammed Faqe, 32, allegedly touched and stroked his penis and genital area over his clothing in front of passengers on a bus in Bromley on May 10 and repeated the behaviour on another bus on June 19.

Faqe, who resides on Dunheved Road South in Thornton Heath, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday. He is scheduled to be tried at Bexley Magistrates’ Court in September. While awaiting trial, Faqe has been released on conditional bail with the instruction not to board the 119 bus, which runs from Bromley North Station to South Croydon.
