Farnborough Man Charged in Connection with Class A Drug Supply

 

A 22-year-old man from Farnborough has been charged in connection with the supply of Class A drugs following an investigation by the Northern Area Crime Team. The arrest occurred at around 8:30 PM on Wednesday, September 25, when officers stopped a car on the A331 in Farnborough as part of an ongoing probe into drug supply in the Rushmoor area.

Kye Ansell, of Henley Close, Farnborough, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin. He is scheduled to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today, Friday, September 27.

A 45-year-old woman from Camberley, Surrey, was also detained during the vehicle stop. She was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and being concerned in the supply of cocaine. She has since been released on police bail while further investigations are carried out.

The Northern Area Crime Team continues its efforts to tackle drug-related crime in the region, with further enquiries ongoing. Police are committed to ensuring that those involved in the supply of illegal substances are brought to justice and encourage anyone with information regarding drug activity to come forward.
