Officers are appealing for the public’s help in trying to find a teenage girl missing from Gravesend for a third time

 

 

Officers are appealing for the public’s help in trying to find a teenage girl missing from Gravesend.

 

Shayla Mae Carter, 14, was last seen in Gravesend on Friday 17 April 2020 and is described as being white, 5ft 9in tall and with long black hair.

 

When she was last seen Shayla was wearing a denim dress and was carrying a black handbag.

 

It is thought she could be in the North Kent or South East London areas.

 

Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare and are asking anyone with information to contact them.

 

Anyone who sees Shayla or knows where she might be should call Kent Police on 101 quoting reference 17-0479.
