Members of the public will see an increased police presence across the area as officers search for William Reader who fled the court dock during a hearing at Medway Magistrates’ Court on the morning of Saturday 12 February 2022. Mr Reader was in court to face charges in connection to an assault. He is believed to be wearing a grey tracksuit, however, he may have since changed his clothing. Mr Reader is believed to have links to #Gravesend. Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him directly, but to call Kent Police immediately on 999 quoting reference 12-0507.
